ONLINE FIREARM PURCHASE GUIDELINES

You can now order firearms online!

Please note that handguns Long guns (rifles and shotguns) must be shipped to a an FFL dealer in  your area of residence.  Please consult applicable laws and regulations to determine if you can legally acquire a long gun outside the state where you reside.

Only the person whose name appears on the order will be allowed to take possession of the firearm and transfer will take place only after all applicable legal requirements (i.e. background check, etc.) are completed. It is your responsibility to verify local, state and federal laws before attempting to purchase a firearm.

Placing an Order

  • Browse our available firearms here. Once you have located your firearm(s), click the add to cart button.
  • View the cart section and enter your delivery details( Name, address, phone number and email)
  • Review and agree to the Online Firearm Ordering Agreement
  • Complete checkout. Please remember that you will not be responsible for any additional fees (i.e. background check fee) at the time of pick up.
  • All items in your order will ship to the an FFL dealer in your area. You will be sent an email notification when the firearm(s) is ready for pick-up and a separate email once non-firearm items are available for pick up.

Fees or Taxes, Shipping, and Returns on Guns

  • State and local jurisdictions can impose additional fees or taxes that must be paid when you pick up your firearm (for example, background-check fees or local taxes).
  • Handguns must be shipped to a Fire Power Enthusiast store located in your state of residence.
  • Long guns must be shipped to a Fire Power Enthusiast store within a state that allows them to be sold. You can only acquire long guns that you’re allowed to purchase in your state of residence.
  • When you receive the firearm at at your licensed FFL dealer, please inspect the firearm before accepting the transfer.
  • Once you complete the applicable government transfer process and accept firearm possession, the firearm cannot be returned to Fire Power Enthusiasts. Fire Power Enthusiasts does not accept returns of any firearms.

Important Restrictions

  • Orders that contain firearms must be placed by the actual recipient of the firearm(s).
  • Handgun buyers must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Long gun buyers must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Firearm transfer and use is subject to government regulation. It is your ultimate responsibility to ensure you are in compliance with all regulations that apply to the purchase of firearms and ammunition.
  • We cannot sell some items in certain jurisdictions.
  • Firearms are sold only as equipped. We do not add to or take away from the manufacturer’s configuration.

Store Pick Up Requirements

  • Please have a copy of the email confirming that the order is ready to pick up. This email will include your order number and name.
    • Bring your government-issued photo identification so we can validate your order, identity, age, and current residency address.
    • At the time of pickup, you will be asked to record your current residence address on ATF Form 4473, Firearms Transaction Record. If the address on your government-issued photo identification does not agree with your current residence address, you must bring another government-issued document with you for address verification. Examples of other government documents would include: A vehicle registration, a vehicle title, a hunting license or a voter identification card.
    • Your state of residence or local jurisdiction may have a specific license or permit requirement. If so, you must possess the required credential before you may take possession of the firearm. Please check your applicable federal, state, or local laws if you have any questions.
